All members must verify their professional identity during onboarding. Fake accounts, non-contracting professionals, and government employees with procurement authority are not permitted to join teaming or proposal channels.
Do not share procurement-sensitive information, source selection data, proposal contents belonging to others, or information protected under NDA. Violations result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Debate is encouraged; personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory language are not. This is a professional network. Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated in a client meeting.
You may post your firm's teaming needs in designated teaming channels. Direct messaging members with unsolicited sales pitches, recruiting spam, or unrelated promotional content is strictly prohibited.
When sharing solicitation numbers, contract awards, or regulatory information, link to the primary source (SAM.gov, Federal Register, agency press release). Do not spread unverified rumors as fact.
Active government employees with procurement authority over open competitions must not participate in teaming discussions related to those procurements. This protects everyone in the community from potential OCI issues.
