Sub Opportunities — Subcontracting or teaming leads.
Bid Submitted — Proposal submitted, awaiting decision.
Contract Won — You won the award.
Contract Lost — Didn't win this time.
Drag and drop cards between stages to update their status.
A pulsating red exclamation mark (!) appears when a solicitation's status changes on SAM.gov.
Awarded — The contract has been awarded.
Cancelled — The solicitation was cancelled.
Closed — The solicitation is no longer active.
Updated — The notice type changed (e.g. Sources Sought to Solicitation).
Click the card or the alert tag to dismiss it.
A pulsating blue @ badge with sparkle effects means a collaborator tagged you in a note.
Type @ in a note or comment to mention someone — they'll see the alert on their pipeline.
Click the card to go directly to the note where you were mentioned. The alert clears after viewing.
An amber pencil badge (✎) and "Edited" tag appear when a collaborator changes a shared note.
Click the card to view the changes. The notification clears after viewing.
Cards with a purple left border and "Shared by [Name]" tag are items someone shared with you.
In the Notes tab, shared notes appear in the "Shared With You" section with a purple border.
The Team section in the edit modal lets the owner invite users by email and manage access.
Collaborators can view the item, edit linked notes, upload files, and use @mentions.
The Notes tab lets you create notes organized by category (General, Email Template, Proposal Notes, Contact Info, Strategy, Checklist).
Link a note to a pipeline item using the dropdown to connect them.
Upload images and documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.) to any note. Hover thumbnails to preview, click to download.
Add comments below notes for team discussions.
Click Save to save your changes — notes do not auto-save.
📝+ on a card — Create a new note linked to that item.
📝 2 on a card — View notes linked to that item (number = note count).
Export — Download your entire pipeline as a CSV file.
Calendar view — See pipeline items by date on a monthly calendar.
SAM.gov Lookup — Paste a solicitation number in the add modal to auto-fill details.
Cards in Triage or Preparing stages show urgency when due dates approach:
Red border — Overdue or due within 3 days.
Amber border — Due within 4-7 days.
Blue tag — Due within 8-14 days.
